With over 12 years of international experience in the Pastry and Bakery industry, I have worked in renowned establishments across Sri Lanka, Qatar, and Kuwait. My career began with formal training at Win-stone Hotel School and the National Certificate of Baker (NVQ Level 3), followed by roles in top-tier hotels and bakeries. I’ve held key positions such as Commis II at Perera & Sons, Commis III at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, and Demi Chef at Nor Noyau in Kuwait, specializing in chocolate and pastry artistry. My international experience includes working at the French fine dining restaurant Lenôtre Paris (Qatar) and BreadTalk Sri Lanka. I bring strong expertise in yeast products, cakes, plated desserts, pastries, and chocolate work, along with training in kitchen safety, hygiene, and team collaboration in diverse environments.
