I retired as a non-commissioned officer from 20 September 2001 to 20 September 2023 in the Sri Lanka Army after 20 years of uninterrupted service. I have the ability to organize my work to suit any situation, meeting deadlines and operational requirements to produce the full security of the organization. I can lead my security forces under my command as expected by my superiors and that will be my goal as well. This includes working under any pressure and I am highly motivated, optimistic, and flexible, able to successfully manage priorities and problems to achieve high standards. Considering this position as a challenging position, I will be able to direct my workforce for the overall improvement of the organization by utilizing my educational and professional qualifications and experience. I know the importance of effort and teamwork and would like to be part of a growing team.
