About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand market share for the newly opened Moratuwa branch. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and building high-performing teams within the region.

Requirements & Qualifications

Age: 18 to 50 years.
Education: O/L or A/L qualified.
Experience: Sales experience is required specifically for the RSM and PM positions.
Location Preference: Candidates living around Moratuwa, Panadura, and Piliyandala are highly encouraged to apply.
