Micro Credit – Field Officers
About the Role
The Field Officer is responsible for promoting microcredit services, identifying potential clients, collecting loan applications and required documents, conducting field visits, and ensuring timely repayment of loan instalments. The successful candidate should maintain strong customer relationships and work towards achieving the organization’s monthly targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
G.C.E. Ordinary Level or Advanced Level qualification
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work in the field
Previous experience in microfinance or sales is an advantage
A valid driving licence and motorcycle would be preferred
