Micro Credit – Branch Managers
About the Role
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the microcredit branch, leading the field team, achieving business and collection targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
G.C.E. Advanced Level or a recognized professional qualification
Previous experience in microfinance, banking, finance, or a related field
Experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to achieve targets and manage a field-based team
Good knowledge of credit evaluation and loan recovery procedures
Computer literacy and report-writing skills
A valid driving licence and motorcycle would be an advantage
